Studies show that working out with others is a great way to stay motivated and meet your goals. We encourage you to try one or more of our 75 group fitness classes to add some fun to your workout. All classes are offered by certified group fitness instructors. Group fitness schedules and course descriptions are updated frequently to keep our members updated about their workouts.
Our group fitness schedule is updated regularly to include information on class cancellations, substitute instructors, class additions and more. Check back regularly for updates.
The USD Wellness Center reserves the right to cancel or remove classes from the schedule due to low attendance or any other necessary reason.
