Laura is a certified health and wellness intrinsic coach, health education specialist, an American Red Cross instructor and a former group fitness instructor. Over the past 10 years, she has served as a motivator, consultant, coach, teacher, author and blogger in the health and wellness field. She has worked with thousands of students toward behavioral changes such as stress, sleep, physical activity, tobacco, time management, nutrition, life/balance and many other areas. Laura enjoys adventure, cooking and baking, and finds pleasure reading with a cup of coffee. She is married to a three-time Olympian and has two children and a large dog.
