Schedule & Rules
With over 35 intramural activities going on each year, USD Intramutrals is sure to have the sport for you. Take part in an ultra-competitive league or try your skills out in a more relaxed, recreational league. No matter your choice, you are sure to have a fun and positive experience! Please view Sign-Up Instructions for more information.
The official app of IMleagues is your source for everything USD Intramurals. Check game schedules and results, communicate with team members and receive real-time campus recreation updates on your phone. Check for it in the App Store!
Grab some friends, sign up a team and make big things happen! Each team that is interested in registering for an event must appoint a team captain. This captain is in charge of registering the team online, attending the playoff meeting (or sending a representative in his or her place) and communicating the schedule to the other team members. During most team sports, teams will receive four (4) regular season games and one (1) playoff game.
One-Day & Individual Events
Any eligible participant that wishes to participate in an individual event can register online via IMLeagues.com. Most individual events do not have a captain's meeting, so write down the date and time of the event so you don't forget! While advanced registration is strongly encouraged for most events, individuals can show up and join on the day of the competition.
Tournaments are a combination of Team Events, Individual Events and One Day events. Depending on the number of teams, tournaments can typically last anywhere from one to three days. Schedules may vary, so keep a close eye on your schedule!
Any student, faculty or staff member that would like to participate in a team even, but does not have a team, is welcome to register as a free agent. If you would like to do this, please refer to Sign-Up Instructions.
To view the cost of each sport, please see the IM Leagues calendar.
In the event that a team is unable to compete and does not notify USD Intramurals by 2 p.m. the day of competition, or 2 p.m. Friday for Sunday games, a forfeit fee of $20 will be assessed to that team. Teams can avoid forfeiting by calling in by the deadlines above to default.
