Ultimate
- Highest level hardware and software support available to students; takes precedence over all other levels of support
- Eligibility Requirements:
Premium
- Support for software and some hardware related issues
- Eligibility Requirements
- Computer must be one of the recommended consumer grade computers
- Warranty has not expired
- Active student status
Standard
- Support for software related issues; some limitations apply.
- No hardware support available
- Eligibility Requirements
- Computer must meet all minimum computer requirements
- Active student status
