Bass to Pursue Licensure through Association of Social Work Boards
Master’s in social work program director at the University of South Dakota, Kelly Bass, DSW, is part of the first group of social work faculty members to participate in a new initiative for licensure through the Association of Social Work Boards.
Bass had participated in the Path to Licensure Institute and was one of only five scholars and faculty members from social work programs at colleges and universities from across the nation to participate in and contribute to the initiative.
Bass earned his doctorate degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. He has directed the master's in social work program at USD since 2016.
