The Beacom School of Business will launch the executive education sessions on Friday, May 12, with the Beacom Sampler. This one-day event will offer tips and tools to help managers and leaders create value in their business. Top faculty will offer sessions on current topics such as measuring brand performance, negotiating for the best outcome, ethical conflicts, strategy and more.

“As the flagship business school in the state, we are committed to helping businesses recruit and retain high-quality business professionals,” said Venky Venkatachalam, Beacom’s dean. “Our executive education initiative aims to provide training opportunities to working professionals and senior executives to help their businesses achieve higher productivity and enhance their competitiveness.”

Executive education services offer convenient and flexible ways for businesses to gain new tools and best practices to get and stay at the leading edge of their industry. Managers and leaders as well as those aspiring to positions of greater opportunity will benefit from learning designed to help them get ahead. Options will include courses available to the general public and customized options for specific organizations and industries. Application and admission to USD is not required and offerings are not limited to academic schedules. Executive education will deliver what businesses want, when and where they want it.
