Chinese professor part of Deans Lecture Series at The U
As part of the Beacom School of Business Dean’s Lecture Series, Lu will present the program, “New Economy: Government Sponsored Enterprise – China.”
Lu is a leading expert on the development of commercial and multi-family residential property in China. As the president and chief researcher of Beijing Bo Zhi Hang Research Institute of Commercial Real Estate, Lu taught this generation’s leading developers viable, sustainable and master planned commercial property enterprise in the new China. He also teaches at Renmin University, Beijing University and Tsinghua University, and researches for the Institute for China Yixue Fengshui.
“New Economy: Government Sponsored Enterprise – China” will focus on how the legal, political and cultural environments are different in China; and how local entrepreneurs partner with the government to change the real estate landscape and earn a profit.
