The Miss Dakota candidate's field of study and hometown: Maggie Squyer, majoring in Sustainability, Biology, and Political Science, from Sioux Falls; Alicia Khatt, majoring in Health Sciences, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Public Health, from Worthington, Minnesota; Megan Kunkel, majoring in Strategic Communication and Business Administration, from Sioux Falls; Keri Kamphoff, majoring in Health Sciences, Pre-Occupational Therapy, and Spanish, from Sheldon, Iowa; Shaniah Koops, majoring in Communication Studies and Criminal Justice, from Sioux Falls; Emma Kays, majoring in Kinesiology and Sports Science, Psychology, from Watertown; Teagan McNary, majoring in Political Science and Criminal Justice, from Vermillion.
