Frank Zavadil to chair USD Department of Addiction Studies
Zavadil brings more than three decades of experience in addictions and behavioral health treatment issues through his clinical and leadership positions at the South Dakota Department of Human Services and Department of Social Services. A licensed counselor, Zavadil earned his M.A. in Educational, Psychology and Counseling and a B.A. in Alcohol and Drug Studies from the University of South Dakota.
