Health Secretary Speaks to Young Leaders
VERMILLION, S.D. -- South Dakota Health Secretary Kim Malsam-Rysdon spoke to regional high school students Saturday at the University of South Dakota’s Governor's Leadership Luncheon over the weekend on campus.

The students are nominated by their schools and recognized for their contributions in and out of the classroom and for their potential to be future leaders of their schools, communities, state and nation.
