National Music Museum Earns 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence
To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least 4 out of 5, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Certificate of excellence recipients are venues located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
A recent traveler from Oakland, California, gave the National Music Museum TripAdvisor’s highest ratings, of five bubbles, with this comment: “There might be a museum somewhere with more instruments in its collection, but I doubt that there is anywhere with more beautiful, historic ones on display.”
National Music Museum spokesperson Patricia Bornhofen said it's the third year the museum received the honor. "We consider TripAdvisor’s citizen reviews a big yes-vote on the value of the National Music Museum experience," she said.
