Public Administration Program Nationally Ranked
VERMILLION, S.D. -- U.S. News & World Report ranks the University of South Dakota as a top school for public affairs. USD was identified as the top 130th school among 272 listed, placing its Master of Public Administration program in the top 47 percent of public affairs schools in the U.S.
The USD program teaches students to become strong leaders within public and nonprofit organizations. Earning an MPA can lead to a career in public service, both domestically and abroad.
U.S. News & World Report reflects a school’s rating on a five-point scale, based on a survey of academics at peer institutions. USD scored a 2.3 and tied with schools like the University of Alabama and Washington State University.
