The group has recently begun to explore the trios of German classical composer Johann Nepomuk Hummel, and the program begins with his Trio No. 6, Op. 93, which offers gracious, lyrical melodies and charming playfulness. Continuing its interest in promoting American music, the trio will perform “Address,” composed in 1999 by M. Scott Robbins. The central work of the program is the masterful “Dumky” Trio by Czech composer Antonín Dvořák..

Dates and times of the fall concerts: Tuesday, Sept. 22, Fergus Falls Center for the Arts in Fergus Falls, Minnesota; Monday, Sept. 28, Colton Recital Hall in the Warren M.
