School of Law Alumnus Promoted to Partner
"When I decided to go to law school as a young kid, I had so many people tell me I should not be a lawyer: ‘You’re too nice!’ ‘I don’t see you as the lawyer type.’ ‘Why would you want to go through all that schooling?’ Honestly, each comment added fuel to the fire resulting in a burning desire to make it happen,” said Painter.
Painter graduated in 2013 near the top of his class with Sterling Honors. He served as president of the trial advocacy team, was a board member of the moot court team, and served as the research assistant in the tax and business department.
His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation involving the areas of insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, long-term care, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, construction defects and product liability.
