USD Accounting and Finance Division Presents Awards to Alumni and Students
VERMILLION, S.D. — The University of South Dakota’s Accounting and Finance Division in the Beacom School of Business on Thursday honored three alumni and recognized the outstanding academic achievements of current students at its annual recognition and awards dinner.
Alumni receiving the outstanding service award: Murray Drescher, chief financial officer at TransAm Trucking Inc. in Olathe, Kansas; Scott Luecke, partner at Ernst & Young LLP in Minneapolis; and Deborah Peters, state senator, certified public accountant and small business owner from Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
