USD College of Fine Arts Hosts Diversity in the Arts Series
The Department of Music hosts a concert on Feb. 27 at 7:30 p.m. in Farber Hall, Old Main. Women composers will be the focus of the musical selections.
The Department of Art will be giving a creative presentation followed by a panel discussion and conversation on March 15 at 7 p.m. in the John A. Day Gallery, Warren M. Lee Center for the Fine Arts. The focus of this event will be gender in the arts.
Finally, the Department of Theatre will be hosting a presentation called, “Songs of Social Justice” at 6 p.m. on April 2 in the Wayne S. Knutson Theatre, Warren M. Lee Center for the Fine Arts. The presentation will be related to the upcoming production of “Cabaret” and will be comprised of songs about social justice and diversity from the Weimar Republic.
