USD Deans Lecture Series to feature Baby Einstein founder
Aigner Clark is a full-time mom and former teacher, best known for founding The Baby Einstein Company, a start-up business that was born in her basement and became an internationally acclaimed, multimillion-dollar company in less than five years. Credited with creating an entirely new industry, she brought the arts to babies and toddlers in child-friendly ways that exposed an entire generation to classical music, art and poetry. Her Baby Einstein videos and books have been translated into more than 20 languages and have been on the New York Times Best Sellers list since the company’s start up more than 15 years ago.
In addition to founding Baby Einstein, Aigner Clark is also the founder of The Safe Side, a company dedicated to keeping children safe and to giving back to The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Most recently, she authored a children’s book, “You Are the Best Medicine,” inspired by her own battle with breast cancer.
