USD Foundation President Benchoff departing for Ohio U
Benchoff came to the USD Foundation in January 2008 following more than a decade and a half with the West Virginia University Foundation where he served as assistant director of development (1990-1992), director of development (1992-1997), senior director of development for major gifts (1997-2001), assistant campaign director (1997-2004), assistant vice president for constituency development (2001-2004), and associate vice president for development (2004-2007).
“We wish Bryan well and thank him for his service to the Foundation,” noted Paul Jay Lewis, chairperson of the USD Foundation. “During his tenure, the Foundation has made significant strides and stands poised to fulfill its mission of supporting the USD community well into the future.”
The board of directors of The USD Foundation appointed its executive committee to serve as a search committee as the search for a new president and CEO of the USD Foundation begins immediately. An interim president is expected to be named by June 1.
