Fifty-five four-year BSN nursing students will receive their nursing pin on Friday, May 8 at USD nursing campuses in Vermillion and Sioux Falls. Graduation ceremonies are in Vermillion on Saturday, May 9 at the Dakota Dome.

USD Nursing in Vermillion and Sioux Falls started BSN programming in fall 2013.  USD nursing students in Rapid City were admitted to the four-year BSN program starting in 2014, and Pierre students can begin the program in fall, 2016.

USD Nursing offers other professional options, including an online post licensure RN – BSN program. This program offers existing registered nurses the chance to earn their undergraduate degree in nursing. Fifty-five students will receive this degree on May 8.

“Nursing Pin” ceremonies
Sioux Falls USD Nursing graduates will receive their nursing pin at a pinning ceremony on Friday, May 8 starting at 10 am at the USD Nursing building at 1525 South Euclid Avenue.
Vermillion USD Nursing graduates will receive their nursing pin at a pinning ceremony on Friday, May 8 starting at 7 pm at Aalfs Auditorium on the USD Campus.
