TEDxUSD is an organization that hosts speakers from the state of South Dakota right on USD’s campus. Tickets are free for students and $10 for general admission. Purchase your tickets.

This year the event will host several speakers discussing subjects ranging from education to healthcare, philanthropy and more. Speakers will include Deb Rohrer, president of the South Dakota Music Educators Association, and Rob Green, lead guide for Lifeworks International’s Ecuador Program. Representatives from Sanford, Avera and Brandon Valley High School also will speak at the event.

An after-event will be held from 7-11p.m. in the Muenster University Center ballroom. The audience will be able to meet the TEDxUSD executive team, speakers and sponsors over food and entertainment. Tickets for the after-event are $12.

TEDxUSD is dedicated to bringing great speakers to the University of South Dakota. The event is sponsored by the USD College of Arts & Sciences, Graduate School, Honors Program and Center for Diversity and Community.
