Work Study and Career Fair to Take Place at USD
Students who are looking for a part-time job or work study position on or off-campus will be able to stop by the job fair to learn about various employment opportunities both on campus and in the community.
Kassandra Girard, the employer relations and internship coordinator for the Academic and Career Planning Center, said there are more than 37 USD departments and local companies who will be at the fair looking for potential employees.
“The beauty of all of this is being able to network with people from departments at USD and the community all in one place,” Girard said.
Companies who will be at the fair include Biotest Pharmaceuticals, the Boys & Girls Club of Yankton, First National Bank, the Vermillion Area Chamber & Development Company, and Hy-Vee among others. A full list of employers who will be at the fair can be found via the Coyote Careers portal located on the ACPC webpage.
