A headshot of Christina Grey.Grey graduated with her J.D. from Baylor University in 2019 and is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Arizona Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association and the National LGBT Bar Association. She is teaching Civil Procedure to first-year law students this fall.

“I am excited to join the faculty at the Knudson School of Law,” said Grey. “I look forward to meeting and teaching all of the incoming 1Ls.”

Grey comes to the USD law school after serving as the assistant attorney general at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where she ran consumer fraud and antitrust investigations. She assisted on multiple multistate cases on behalf of the State of Arizona and was named the office’s Rising Star in 2020.

Grey also represented Arizona in merger investigations alongside the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and other affected states. She was recently one of the attorneys representing the states in the Department of Justice and state attorney general's lawsuit to block JetBlue and American Airlines' Northeast Alliance. Grey was a Steiger Fellow in the summer of 2018 at the Arizona State Attorney General’s Office.
