Kinesiology & Sport Management: Master of Arts

A master's degree in kinesiology and sport management prepares you for a broad range of careers, including:

  • Clinical testing
  • Corporate fitness
  • Performance enhancement
  • Teaching
  • Cardiac rehabilitation

Students can pursue a specialization in either exercise science or sport management. The exercise science specialization is particularly modifiable, offering a thesis option and a non-thesis option.

Online and Off-Campus Options

In addition to being available on campus, the Master of Arts degree with a sport management specialization is available online. This program provides an excellent opportunity for coaches, sport professionals and teachers to further their education in sport management from home.

Admission Requirements

Application requirements can be found in the Graduate School admission requirements and include:

  1. Completed Graduate Application
    Apply Online
  2. $35 application fee
  3. One official transcript verifying receipt of an undergraduate degree and previous graduate credit earned
  4. Three letters of recommendation from academic professors who can attest to scholarly abilities. At least two letters must be from non-KSM faculty.
