Native American Cultural Center
At the Native American Cultural Center (NACC), you'll find a home that provides a culturally relevant environment for Native American students and others interested in Native American cultures. The NACC also houses Native Student Services (NSS), which provides student support services and culturally relevant programming throughout the year.
Cultural and Academic Programs
NSS offers a variety of cultural, social and academic opportunities for students, including:

- Academic support

- Native student organizations at USD: Tiospaye, Nations, AISES and others
Facilities
Students enjoy the homelike environment and study space at the NACC. USD faculty, staff, students and community have access to:

Scholarships
The University of South Dakota offers scholarships specifically for Native American students in several areas of study.

We offer exemptions to Native American students for the use of sacred medicines in personal prayer in University Housing.
