CPE: Human Development & Education Psychology (M.A.)

Master's
  Vermillion Main Campus and Online

The master’s degree requires 33 credit hours and offers two options: plan A (thesis) and plan B (non-thesis) plans of study, and online, hybrid, and on campus options are available for this program. The program provided flexibility for self-direction to develop expertise in the core fields of human development, cognition and motivation forces which support learning, and research and statistics. Students continuing toward a Ph.D. should complete plan A.

CPE: Human Development & Education Psychology (Ed.S.)

Specialist
  Vermillion Main Campus

The specialist degree requires a minimum of 36 hours beyond the master’s degree in a related field. A six credit-hour culminating activity/research project is required. It is designed to meet your individual interests and career goals. Upon its completion, a final defense is required before graduation.

CPE: Human Development & Education Psychology (Ph.D.)

Doctorate
  Vermillion Main Campus

The Ph.D. degree requires a minimum of 60 credit hours beyond the master's degree. Students may earn a master's degree during the completion of this program. You will complete a specified core of courses covering human development, learning theory and statistics. Our small class sizes will allow you to develop one-on-one relationships with faculty while teaching and conducting research during your two years of in-residence study.
