United States Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit Special Session to be Held at USD Knudson School of Law
Judges Duane Benton of Kansas City Missouri, Jonathan A. Kobes of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Ralph R. Erickson of Fargo, North Dakota, will hear the cases beginning at 9 a.m.
The cases include the following.
- United States v. William Stevenson
- Arlen Foster v. United States Department of Agriculture, et al.
- Select Specialty Hospital v. Brentwood Hutterian, Brethren, et al.
Visitors must have a valid ID and must pass through a security screening before being granted entry. Please do not bring large bags or backpacks to the courtroom. Parking Lot 1, north of the law school, will be closed for event parking.
