Serving the public also means leading people in public and nonprofit organizations. However, few of us are trained to be more effective leaders or managers. The Leadership in Public Management Graduate Certificate program teaches students how to transform their organizations through innovative leadership techniques. With a face-to-face program that meets your busy schedule through a 4-course certificate program, you will be better equipped to manage your organization into the future.

The certificates is designed to give current professionals an opportunity to further develop their skills in governance and leadership in the public and nonprofit sectors. They have a generalist focus, designed to prepare you with a strong theoretical background. We strive to provide a quality education with multiple delivery options for both online or on-campus students and professionals through a rich and challenging environment.  The face-to-face modality which meets weekly in the late afternoon or evenings to meet your busy schedule. You learn in a supportive environment that will prepare you for the challenges of the twenty-first century.
