Outstanding Fine Arts Educator
To qualify, the honoree shall have earned a degree from the University of South Dakota or another accredited institution. Exceptions to this rule must be approved by the dean of the College of Fine Arts. The honoree shall be recognized as having a significant impact on Fine Arts Education and shall have exhibited an exemplary professional and personal life as an educator.
Outstanding Friend of the Fine Arts
To qualify, the honoree (which can be an individual or an organization) must have made a significant contribution to the College of Fine Arts in terms of time, talents or resources. That contribution should have had a significant impact on the experiences of the CoFA students and/or faculty. Significant contribution in terms of time, talents or resources must have taken place within the past 15 years.
The honoree must have a degree from within the College of Fine Arts at USD. To qualify, the honoree must have made a significant contribution or hold honor/accolades for work in their respective fields in art/music/theatre.
The due date for submissions is March 31 of each year.
