Beacom School of Business Students Meet with Local and National Firms
Accounting students of the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business met with representatives from 19 professional firms last week.
Meet the Firms gives students the chance to meet with prospective employers to network and build relationships that could lead to internships or employment after graduation. A total of 78 students attended this event designed to help students gain confidence interacting with business professionals.
“Not only did 19 firms and companies show up at USD to recruit, most of them had our Coyote alums come back as recruiters,” said Mandy Hanson, manager of the Career and Success Center at the Beacom School of Business. “It is so nice to see the professional success of our graduates.”
