Flexible Coursework

LERN's online courses are asynchronous. That means you can participate anytime you want, day or night. The lectures are prerecorded so you can listen when you want. The discussion is written chat with the instructor making comments throughout the day and evening, so you can always catch up on the conversation and join in anytime!

LERN Coursework 

Required coursework includes 15 credit hours of the following:

  • Program Management Institute (Certified Program Planner) - 4 cr.
  • LERN Online Institutes - 3 cr.
  • LERN Face-to-Face Institutes - 3 cr.
  • Electives: LERN Online Courses - 1-3 cr.

Registration

Prior to registering for credit through the University of South Dakota, participants must register for the online course through LERN. To register for online courses through LERN please contact Tammy at LERN by calling 800-678-5376 or emailing Tammy@lern.org.
