Three Interns in a Board Room Having a Discussion.

The Health Services Administration program requires that students complete internships, which give the students the opportunity to gain real-world experience while still in school. In many cases, students who have interned at an organization have been hired on permanently after graduation. Students work alongside preceptors to learn about the nature of their work, while observing different functions and responsibilities of that health care organization. Administrative and research projects allow the student to learn about managing and submitting work which addresses a real-world need with real-world implications.

Do you have your sights set on Cuba? Africa? Germany? Japan? Ireland? The USD Beacom School of Business can help you get there. Our students have participated in conferences and faculty-led courses around the world, and our student aid helps make those experiences affordable.
