CTL Faculty Support During COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to the current COVID-19 response level, the CTL will be primarily offering support through Zoom, including all of our regularly scheduled training sessions. Individual support will be facilitated either via scheduled appointments—contact to arrange for this—or through the new CTL Instructional Support channel in Zoom Chat, where you can get live support from CTL staff. For more information on how to join the support channel, please refer to Zoom’s documentation, or email the CTL. Support is available during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., CT).

IMPORTANT: Face-to-face support at the CTL (UCE 101) will only be offered by appointment arranged in advance and solely at the discretion of the CTL director. Please contact to set up a face-to-face appointment.

For more details on how to access the Zoom support sessions, as well as additional resources, please refer to the CTL’s Remote Instruction Guide.
