The summer law program in China provides the opportunity to study a range of comparative law topics, from property, to environmental law, to business law, to public law and many other subjects beyond. Faculty from USD Knudson School of Law and the University of Montana School of Law co-teach courses with respected Chinese law professors. You will study for four weeks at two different Chinese law schools, alongside law students from Montana and China. Financial aid is available. Many students choose to spend additional time in China traveling and learning more about Chinese language, culture and food. Students who enroll in and successfully complete this program will earn six elective credits. Questions regarding the program may be directed to the Dean’s Office or the Gallagher Center for Experiential Learning & Education Abroad.
