VERMILLION, S.D. – Rachel Rucker, a junior neuroscience and chemistry double major student at the University of South Dakota, has been named a 2020 Harvard University Amgen Scholar.
VERMILLION, S.D. – Joshua Arens, a 2017 summa cum laude graduate with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of South Dakota, visited the Vermillion campus on Wednesday, Sept. 11, to discuss national scholarship opportunities with current students.
VERMILLION, S.D. – Two students in the College of Arts & Science at the University of South Dakota have been awarded a national Goldwater Scholarship for next year. Rachel Rucker is a sophomore majoring in chemistry and medical biology, and Clara Kirkvold is a junior majoring in chemistry. Rucker and Kirkvold are both students in the Honors Program.
VERMILLION, S.D. – Two current students in the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of South Dakota, committed to pursuing careers in national security, have received the prestigious David L. Boren Scholarship for 2019.
