Schedule an Exam

Appointments are required for every exam taken at the Sioux Falls Testing Center. It is best to request an appointment by completing the form below at least 2 business days in advance or 1-2 weeks in advance during midterms and finals.

Each exam is scheduled for the entire amount of time allotted by the instructor; we cannot alter this time limit. If a time limit is not provided, we allow 2 1/2 hours. The system will not allow you to schedule for less time than allotted. In RegisterBlast, you will only see time slots are available. If you do not see a time during our regular business hours, that is an indication that they slots are full.

Schedule/Re-Schedule an Exam

If you do not see your course listed, please contact the Sioux Falls Testing Center at 605-274-9550. Do not set up your appointment if the Instructor for your course is not listed.

Proctor Services

Any student from any university can take a test at the Sioux Falls Testing Center; however, pre-approval from the instructor or institution offering the class is usually required. Once USD – Sioux Falls is approved as a proctor site, all students must register for their exam at least two days prior to the test date or 1-2 weeks in advance during midterms and finals. Once registered, an email will be sent confirming the exam appointment. Students requiring special accommodations need to contact their home school ADA/Disabilities Compliance Office to set-up appropriate accommodations and ensure proper documentation is in place.
